The building is located in the sought-after Capitol Hill neighbourhood with easy access to downtown. Canada ICI committed and advanced this loan which allowed the Borrower to stage their equity contribution during the course of construction. The project was funded by a capital provider exclusive to Canada ICI.

The Oliver Residences is a large mixed-use development located on the west end of this western Canadian’s primary downtown thoroughfare, Jasper Avenue. The project features 207 market leading rental units built above a 60,000 square foot commercial podium anchored by Canadian Western Bank and Planet Organic. The residential component was sold on a forward basis to a European Private Equity Fund. Canada ICI originated construction and takeout financing for the project.

The hotel targets business professionals by offering a location near to downtown at affordable prices.
