Bio
Chase is a Managing Partner with Canada ICI Capital (CICI) and oversees the Winnipeg office, originating debt and equity opportunities throughout Canada, with a current focus on the BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba marketplaces. He brings an innovative approach to the financing process, building strong relationships with lenders and clients.
Since joining CICI in 2012, Chase has worked to structure financing for a variety of transactions spanning all asset classes. He has originated and funded over $3.0 billion in commercial mortgage transactions since joining CICI, including more than $900 million in fiscal 2019.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because I am passionate about understanding the process of how to build great buildings and great cities. Structuring an efficient capital stack to maximize a client’s ability to grow their portfolio is truly an exciting process!
I believe the keys to success are perseverance and the desire to truly be helpful to another person.
