Asma is an HR Consultant at Tenfold HR Solutions and has been working with Canada ICI since November 2019. As a well-rounded generalist, she has been working diligently to carry out the HR Operations for Canada ICI. This includes spearheading recruitment, on/offboarding, advising employees and management on policies and procedures. She is also responsible for overseeing employee relations matters, and for supporting the execution of the strategic HR objectives for the organization.
Asma has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and is currently working towards receiving her Charter Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
I joined CICI because it was clear from the environment and camaraderie that people enjoyed working at the organization. I feel proud to support an organization with people that showcase professionalism, hard work, and dedication to the company’s goals. I am motivated by results and relationships! Whether it be crossing another HR program off the finish line or hiring a rock-star candidate for an open position, I strive to deliver results and to build strong relationships with the people at Canada ICI during the course of any project.
I’m a passionate, high-energy self-starter who isn’t afraid to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service to managers and employees at Canada ICI. I enjoy building strong relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and in an HR operations role such as mine, I’m fortunate enough to be able to work with everyone.
I am working towards achieving my CPHR designation so I can better help support the growing role of the HR department at Canada ICI.
My favorite part of my role is providing a wide range of HR services, from policy and program development, to advice on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and recruitment. Canada ICI values its people and wants to create a corporate culture that hits on all the right areas. I love being able to contribute to an HR vision that is inclusive of each area and where the leadership team is committed to the results.
