Bio
Jordan joined Canada ICI in 2020 after spending nearly three years as a fixed income analyst at the Alberta Teachers’ Retirement Fund. He now works closely with Edmonton’s origination team, helping to structure debt and equity opportunities throughout Canada. Currently, his primary responsibilities include underwriting and creating financing packages across all commercial real estate asset classes.
His finance and research background have allowed him to make an immediate contribution to Canada ICI’s ongoing success.
Working at CICI has taught me how to analyze commercial real estate and develop a keen attention to detail.
Before joining CICI, I spent nearly three years as a fixed income analyst at the Alberta Teachers’ Retirement Fund.

I am working towards my CFA designation and have completed all three exams.
