Bio
Khalif joined Canada ICI in March 2022 as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter.
Prior to joining Canada ICI, he worked with real estate developers as a financial analyst. He gained experience with the real estate development process, various finance structures involving equity and debt, and financial modelling.
Khalif has developed skills in financial analysis and reporting, excelling in the preparation of detailed cash flows.
Khalif has also worked in commercial banking as an associate, where he structured financing solutions for business clients that ranged from $5M to $100M in various types of debt.
I joined CICI because of its focus on collaboration and teamwork.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because of how different each transaction is and how exciting that makes the work.
I believe the keys to success are patience, diligence and a vision.
