Mason brings a strong background in operational support, financial accuracy, and team leadership, developed through years of hands-on experience in fast-paced environments. In his role as Office Manager at Cactus Club Cafe, he was responsible for daily cash reconciliations of up to $1,000—ensuring every transaction aligned with internal records and addressing any discrepancies with a keen attention to detail.

Working alongside a team of up to 15, Mason played a key role in identifying supply needs and adjusting inventory levels to meet business targets. Known for a proactive approach to problem-solving, he consistently took the initiative to streamline internal processes and implement creative solutions to avoid delays or missed goals.

As a Shift Leader, he managed and motivated a team of 10 employees, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere. In addressing staff or customer concerns, he prioritized clear communication and timely action to ensure smooth operations.

Mason is also passionate about developing people. He has trained new team members, provided coaching for improvement, and contributed to raising overall performance through supportive leadership.
