Bio
Prior to joining Canada ICI, Qais studied at McGill University at the Desautel Faculty of Management, majoring in Finance. During his time at McGill, Qais presided over the McGill Real Estate Club for two consecutive years and was elected Faculty Senator, sitting on the board of the University.
After graduating, Qais worked as a Capital Markets Associate at Cushman and Wakefield. Here, he provided advisory to institutional clients for debt and equity financing for all asset classes through complex financial models. Moreover, his role extended to business development, assisting the team in their advisory to clients.
I joined Canada ICI because it offers the tools necessary to establish a lifelong career in the real estate industry.
I believe the key to success is consistency with a clear goal.
