Troy Walsh brings over four years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a specialization in commercial lending in both lender and broker capacities. His focus has been on loan origination, where he has evaluated a broad range of commercial mortgage opportunities. This work has contributed to the successful funding of over $1.5 billion across various asset classes, with a particular emphasis on CMHC-insured financing.

I like working in commercial real estate finance because it allows me to combine strategic debt structures with tangible outcomes, helping clients structure deals that drive long-term value in a dynamic and evolving Canadian market.
