Canada ICI arranged a $9.5MM first mortgage to facilitate the purchase of a well-located residential development site at the corner of Bloor St W and Ossington Avenue. The site is LPAT approved and zoned for an 11 storey, 80,000 SF condo, scheduled to commence construction in 18-24 months.
