Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing for the purchase and redevelopment of a retail/office building in Edmonton, Alberta. Originally constructed in 1952 and later converted into the Avonair curling club in the 1970s, the property will now be redeveloped into Athletes Hanger, an athletic-focused training and recovery center. This new facility will cater to athletes, teams, clubs, and individuals seeking enhanced training, recovery, optimization, and skill development.
