Athlete’s Hanger

Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing to facilitate the purchase and redevelopment of an office/retail building in Edmonton, Alberta.

The property was built in 1952 and converted into the Avonair curling club in the 1970s. The developer will now redevelop it and create an athletic-focused training and recovery center named Athletes Hanger. The focus will be on athletes, teams, clubs and individuals looking for better training, recovery, optimization and skill development.
