Baydo Pointe

Canada ICI is pleased to announce the successful arrangement of CMHC-insured construction financing for two multi-family apartment buildings, known as Baydo Pointe, located in Edmonton, Alberta. The proposed construction consists of two six-storey buildings totalling 193,500 sq. ft. Of the two buildings, one will have 118 units, while the other will have 94 units. Located just a 5-minute walk from the Clareview LRT Station, there are many residential amenities like restaurants, retail, schools, parks and more, and it provides direct access to Downtown Edmonton in 15 minutes and the University of Alberta in 20 minutes.
