Boreham Apartments

Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing to facilitate both the acquisition and the takeout financing of a 78-unit apartment complex in Brandon, Manitoba. The acquisition was funded with a high loan-to-cost bridge loan facility which provided the borrower time to secure the takeout financing with a CMHC-insured mortgage.
