Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing to facilitate the acquisition of a three-building industrial portfolio and an industrial building located in the St. James Industrial area in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The area is two kilometres away from the International Airport and five kilometres west of Downtown. The properties are near the amenities of the Polo Park retail node, which includes retail, restaurants and services.
