Canada ICI arranged CMHC-insured construction financing for the Chelsea Creek Project, comprising four identical three-storey multi-family residences in Old Chelsea. This development features a total of 72 housing units, with each building offering 18 units. The unit mix includes one and two-bedroom layouts, with an average size of 992 square feet, secured under the MLI Select program.
