Canada ICI arranged first mortgage CMHC-insured financing for the refinance of a mixed-use apartment building in Edmonton, Alberta. Featuring 56 residential units and 7,666 sq. ft. of commercial space this property, known as Crawford Block, is situated in the lively and vibrant University District of Edmonton. Apart from the residential units, the commercial space is currently fully occupied. Crawford Block also features 16 SRO units that are currently under improvement and will be available soon.
