This 2.70-acre parcel is located in the city’s Refinery District and involves constructing three 6-storey buildings as the second phase of Crossings at Refinery. The property will include a fitness centre, yoga studio, rooftop amenity, and underground parking, with residents also benefiting from amenities available in Phase I.
