Desrosiers Phase 1

Canada ICI arranged the successful funding for Desrosiers Phase 1, a 62-unit multi-family rental development located in East Gatineau, Québec. The project, encompassing three three-and-a-half-storey wood-framed buildings totaling 66,480 square feet of leasable area, secured a CMHC-insured construction loan under the MLI Select program. Offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, Desrosiers Phase 1 provides modern, affordable housing conveniently situated near key amenities and downtown Ottawa.
