Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing to facilitate the acquisition of Envie Rideau, a 574-unit, 737-bed Purpose Built Student Housing development located near the University of Ottawa. Completed in 2022, the property features two 29-storey towers interconnected by an 8-storey podium, 26,000 square feet of amenity space and 2,077 square feet of commercial space.
