Fairfield Marriott

An 11-storey mixed-use development located in the Beltline district just outside of the downtown of this western Canadian city. The building consists of 4,487 square feet of retail space, taken up by two restaurants: “The Beltliner” and “Native Tongues Taqueria,” as well as 124 hotel suites throughout the upper 10 floors. The hotel targets business professionals by offering a location near to downtown at affordable prices.
