Canada ICI arranged CMHC-insured first mortgage financing for the construction of a four-storey, wood-frame apartment building in Brandon, Manitoba. The Fleming Apartments, located on 25th Street, are just a two-minute drive from Brandon University. This property has received both municipal and provincial support to provide 48 affordable housing units, including eight accessible suites.
