Highpoint Tower

Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing to facilitate the refinance of 19,500 SF of prime development land in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The landowner intends to develop the land to construct Highpoint Tower, a high-rise apartment complex that also includes over 6,000 square feet of commercial space.

Located at the top of the Broadway Bridge, this 17-storey building is a mix of ground floor retail, second floor offices and 112 exclusive, light-filled condominiums, and will mark the entrance to the Nutana neighbourhood and the eclectic Broadway retail strip.

Highpoint is a collaborative venture between Saskatoon’s Victory Majors and Toronto-based Urban Capital Property Group, building on the phenomenal success of their acclaimed project, No 1 River Landing. Launched in the fall of 2016 and currently nearing completion on the opposite side of the river, No 1 River Landing has garnered widespread recognition and praise.
