Hillcrest Place is a wood-frame construction consisting of 144 townhome units, spread across 6 buildings. Each unit comes with either a secured, single-car garage stall or covered parking. It is located along Hillcrest Place in the neighbourhood of Patricia Heights, a scenic residential neighbourhood in the west end of Edmonton. The University of Alberta is a 12-minute drive and Downtown is a 20-minute drive.
