Canada ICI arranged funding of a blanket first mortgage loan over four (4) industrial assets located in Brampton and Cambridge, Ontario, as well as Montréal, Québec. Each asset is located in a strong business industrial park with functional access, excellent site coverage, and ample parking. On an aggregate basis, the total leasable square footage is 876,390 square feet, situated on ~43.93 acres of land.
