La Loma Residences

Canada ICI arranged both construction and term financing for a 144-unit stacked townhome development in Kitchener, Ontario. Delivered under CMHC’s MLI Select program, this project features seven 3-storey blocks offering two- and three-bedroom suites designed for various household types. The development includes energy-efficient building systems, in-suite laundry, surface and underground parking, and integrated green space, providing high-quality rental supply to the growing residential community.
