Laird’s Landing

Canada ICI arranged first mortgage CMHC-insured financing to facilitate the purchase of Laird’s Landing apartment complex, in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Laird’s Landing is comprised of two, four-storey, wood-framed apartment buildings with 192 units total. This includes 132 fully furnished units with quality furnishings, along with both a covered and surface parking lot.
