L’Ambiance Phase II

Canada ICI arranged the funding of Phase II of L’Ambiance, a four-storey, 47-unit project in the heart of Aylmer, Québec. The building features one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with select units offering views of the Ottawa River. The building’s architectural style reflects the area’s rich heritage and vibrant culture, while residents enjoy easy access to trendy shops and outdoor activities.
