Loyalist Country Club Community

Canada ICI arranged the financing for an inventory loan in the charming village of Bath, Ontario, just 15 minutes west of Kingston. Phase 8 of this community featured over 130 units, backing onto a championship golf course, and steps away from the Bay of Quinte. Inventory financing is an effective method for developers to recapture equity from both sold and unsold product in a cost effective manor.
