Marien and Reverchon

On behalf of Rosefellow Developments, Skyline, and Fit Ventures, we are pleased to announce the successful funding of two large spec-built industrial construction loans located in Montréal, Québec. Marien (RF Industrial 1.0) is located in Montreal-East, and Reverchon (RF Industrial 2.0) is located in Pointe-Claire with 276,000 and 325,000 sq. ft. available for lease, respectively.
