Mayfair Village

Mayfair Village is an affordable housing rental development that was completed in 2012. It comprises a 15-storey high-rise apartment building containing 237 residential units and approximately 5,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. It is located on the corner of Jasper Avenue and 109th Street in the city’s downtown.
