Canada ICI arranged a conventional first mortgage for the acquisition and redevelopment of the Méga-Centre Pont Viau in Laval, Québec. This significant transaction, completed in under 30 days from the letter of intent, represents one of the largest land deals in Québec this year. The 843,785 square-foot site is planned to accommodate over 2,000 residential units within the next five years, with the first 500 units commencing construction in the next 24 months following the demolition of the existing cinema.
