Canada ICI arranged CMHC-insured financing for the construction of a mixed-use apartment complex located on the east side of Kelowna, British Columbia. This property will be a newly constructed five-building apartment complex. Each building will be 6 storeys in height, featuring a total of 401 residential units and 7,910 sq. ft. of main floor commercial space. There will also be 300 underground stalls, 45 surface parking stalls, and 150 bicycle stalls.
