Murray’s Pond

Canada ICI arranged CMHC Select rental financing to facilitate the construction of Murray’s Pond, a collection of upscale rental townhomes located in the Royal Bay development of Colwood, BC.

The new development is going to include thirteen townhouses, a variety of finishing options, and will range in size from 1,500-1,700 square feet. The project is built by award-winning developer LIDA Homes, and is expected to be completed in 2024.
