Canada ICI arranged a first mortgage CMHC Select-insured financing to support the construction of Projet Nancy Elliot in Gatineau, Québec. The project consists of four 4-storey buildings, for a total of 128 units. The unit mix includes one- and two-bedroom apartments, with some featuring an additional den. The development offers modern design, high-quality finishes, and a contemporary, high-end look with both surface and underground parking available. Each building meets a level of CMHC’s affordability and energy efficiency criteria.
