Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing to facilitate the construction of an apartment building located along Notre Dame Drive in the southwest sector of Kamloops, British Columbia. The subject property will be a six-storey, 128-unit apartment building on a 1.38-acre site. The wood-frame building will be constructed on a concrete foundation.
