Construction financing has been arranged by Canada ICI for Rosefellow Developments to develop a 104,000 sq. ft. industrial building located in Montréal, Québec.

The site itself totals 5.12 acres, and the location has numerous logistical advantages, as it is situated directly adjacent to the port of Montréal in Hochelaga Maisonneuve. This site is also in close proximity to Highway 25 and has direct access to Rue Notre-Dame, a main East-West thoroughfare.
