Park Street Phase 2

Canada ICI arranged MLI Select CMHC-insured first mortgage financing for the construction of a 36-unit, two-building apartment complex in Winkler, Manitoba. This project represents Phase 2 of a three-phase development, which will ultimately comprise 126 units across seven buildings. Canada ICI previously financed Phase 1, a 54-unit development, through the same CMHC program.
