Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing to facilitate the refinance of an apartment building in London, Ontario.

Pineridge Place is a 12-story “L”-shaped concrete apartment comprising 201 rental units. Situated in the western part of the city, Pineridge Place is surrounded by a mix of low- to high-density residential developments and a robust concentration of commercial establishments.
