Canada ICI arranged CMHC MLI Select construction financing for a 246,114-square-foot development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Located in the city’s North End, this project comprises 16 three-storey buildings, featuring a total of 226 residential units. Qualification for funding was achieved through a 20-year commitment to the Tier 1 Affordability criteria.
