The transaction involved a detailed analysis of the building’s existing energy efficiency and greenhouse gas emissions, leading to the creation of a strategy for over 40% improvement in both metrics. This enabled the property to qualify for attractive MLI Select debt outcomes, while also generating long-term utility cost improvements.
