The proposed development will feature a 7-storey apartment building with 228 units, along with three 3-storey townhouse buildings with 52 units. The property is specifically situated near the McGillivray and Kenaston retail node which has great access to many residential amenities like schools, parks, grocery stores, an outlet mall and more.
