Canada ICI arranged a 60-unit mixed-use rental development in Ottawa, Ontario’s Westboro neighbourhood. This six-storey, red-brick building combines contemporary architecture with subtle heritage elements. In addition to well-appointed suites and underground parking, the development features a boutique cocktail-focused restaurant on the ground floor and a range of modern amenities—like a rooftop terrace, fitness space, bike repair station, touchless entry, car wash, and pet spa—enhancing lifestyle and community in one of Ottawa’s most vibrant, walkable neighbourhoods.
