Pumphouse

Canada ICI arranged a construction loan of The Pumphouse, a 93-unit mixed-use redevelopment of the James Avenue Pumping Station in Downtown Winnipeg. Originally built in 1906, the redevelopment will convert the building into modern office space with the addition of two new steel frame affordable apartment buildings on each side of the original structure.
