Canada ICI arranged CMHC-insured term financing for a repositioned mixed-use property in downtown Regina. Featuring nearly 100 rental suites, the project underwent a comprehensive renovation that introduced upgraded layouts, contemporary finishes, and a curated mix of tenant-focused amenities. Secured underground parking and private storage further enhance resident comfort, while the building’s central location—surrounded by transit, employment, and services—supports long-term livability and urban renewal. The financing was underwritten under CMHC’s MLI Select program, supported by strong energy-efficiency and accessibility performance.
