Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing to facilitate the construction of Riverbank Landing Condos in St. Albert, Alberta. The first phase of the development will feature 142 residential units and ground-floor retail units. The whole property boasts a wide variety of shared amenity spaces, including a rooftop terrace, yoga room, fitness center, and business centre.
