Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing to facilitate the acquisition of two apartment buildings in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The subject properties are located next to each other along Ruby Street and Westminster Avenue in the Wolseley neighbourhood at the city’s west end.

Wolseley is known for its grassroots history, local architecture, historical buildings and artsy shops. Both buildings, featuring nine units and 3.5 storeys tall, have a charming and solid presence, complete brick/Tyndall stone accented exterior, and wrought iron fencing bordering the street exposure.
