Savoy

Canada ICI arranged the construction funding of Savoy, a six-storey, 66-unit residential strata development in Kelowna, British Columbia, featuring six ground-oriented townhomes. The project will offer a variety of unit types, ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom units on the upper levels. Residents and visitors will have access to a variety of common amenities, including a dedicated dog run, a rooftop terrace with a firepit, comfortable seating areas, cabanas, and an outdoor kitchen. This development will contribute much-needed density to the city of Kelowna.
