Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing to facilitate the refinancing of two parcels, Lot 10 and 11, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. These parcels, encompassing a combined site area of 3.71 acres, are situated in a highly desirable area of the city. Lot 10 is planned for the construction of a 169-unit multi-family apartment, and Lot 11 is slated for a 162-unit multi-family apartment.
