Canada ICI arranged the successful CMHC-insured refinancing of four three-storey rental apartment buildings in Saint John, New Brunswick. Comprising a total of 52 units, these properties are ideally situated in central Saint John, offering convenient access to various amenities including parks, shopping centres, restaurants, and public transportation. The financing for this project was secured with maximum points under CMHC’s MLI Select Program.
