Located in the Charleswood neighbourhood in the city’s west end. Canada ICI was tasked with a tight timeline and provided a high leverage debt structure to the Borrower for a stabilization facility. This facility allowed the Borrower to complete the renovations which resulted in the owner fully leasing the property at the increased proforma rents.
